Purpose
This policy explains cookies, local storage and similar technologies used on cabinext.ma and, where enabled, in Cabinext interfaces.
Current public-site setup
At the date of this update, the public site is designed without intentional advertising tracking. Technical storage may still be necessary for security, language, forms or abuse prevention.
Definition
A cookie is a small file stored on a device. Local and session storage can also remember information. Some technologies are necessary; others require prior choice.
Strictly necessary technologies
They may secure navigation, maintain sessions, remember consent, prevent fraudulent submissions and deliver requested functions.
Preferences
Cabinext may remember language, display, time zone or other preferences with consent or when necessary to fulfill a request.
Audience measurement
If analytics is enabled, the consent interface and policy must identify the tool, provider, purposes, duration, collected data and possible transfers.
Marketing and social media
Advertising or retargeting technologies should only be enabled after clear information and consent where required. Simple links to social networks do not necessarily place a cookie until the platform is visited.
Cabinext application
The application may use session cookies or technical tokens for authentication, security, unauthorized-access prevention and preferences.
Duration
Session cookies usually expire when the browser closes. Other technologies are kept for a period proportionate to their purpose.
Consent and refusal
Where consent is required, visitors must be able to accept, reject or customize categories with comparable ease. Rejecting optional cookies should not block essential content.
Withdrawal
Choices can be changed through the cookie manager when available or by deleting cookies in browser settings.
Browser controls
Browsers can block, delete or limit cookies. Very restrictive settings may prevent login or some application functions.
Providers
When a provider places a cookie, its identity and policy should be disclosed in the consent interface.
Updates
This policy is revised when a tracker is added or removed.
